Refunds
Unfortunately, returns, refunds and/or cancellations are currently not allowed for online purchases. We do offer an exchange policy though. For more information head to our exchange section.

DISPUTES:
If you received an item that is either damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund if it meets the following criteria: Physical Visual Proof is required to fall under this umbrella in the form of pictures & video. If a dispute is filed claiming an order is "damaged or faulty" we require photos or videos explicitly showing physical evidence supporting this claim. If no photo or video evidence is provided to us supporting this type of claim, your claim will not suffice as valid and will not be accepted as there nothing was provided to ensure what you are claiming is indeed true.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
