I ordered my shoes way back in February for Valentine’s Day got them one had two different sizes in them and the other one were too small. I sent my shoes back with the receipt from the post office and I still have not gotten my refund nor contacted to correct things, horrible customer service.

Everyone loves the shoes including me. I should've got an 8 instead of 8.5 but it's all good I was following a video review, but I forgot everyone's feet are different. Yall should definitely do more styles with that silhouette 1000%.

I have been trying to contact this company since the day I received my shipment. I am very displeased and will not be providing my business to them in the future. Trying to process a return for an item that is way too big and after countless emails, I haven’t received not one response. Terrible customer service for spending nearly $200 on one item!

I love the shoes. It’s really great quality, just wish the pictures showed the actual Real color . Because they came in more hot pink than the pictures online shows but overall I’m still satisfied. Very fast shipping will do business again. :)

Had an horrible experience! Brought a pair of strawberry milks, got them in a size 8 which I would have got in women’s in my other shoe brand. Nothing on the site however stated to order a size up or down! they came and they were way too big! I tried to exchange them and the manufacturer had to dm me back after one to two weeks on waiting on a professional email back explaining that they do not offer returns or refunds which is false advertising on their website because they have the information still up so another customer like me might purchase in the near future and experience the same issues that I did which is sad! Because of this situation, I’ll probably never support a black owned business especially from reviews I heard about him stealing someone else’s sneaker design!!!

Never shipping from this site again. Shoes did not look as pictured- very off color and tan instead of white. In short: they are ugly. Even worse I can't even return them.

Loved the shoes but I didn’t receive the Velcro pieces for the back of the shoe. How ever I still love them and will be buying more shoes in the future.

The shoe design is very cool and well built. Unfortunately, they run a lot larger compare to other brands such as Nike. Order a size or two smaller.
